Sirsha: The focus on countries which we assume to have the worst problem is typically countries who can also afford to test the problem and report it in a way that several countries can't. We are technically, i think, whats called a lower middle income country by world back income ation. But it still means that we have vast numbers of unreported cases and deaths in this country that just get ignored.
