Valve Is a Black Box

valve is a private company, and they have so much influence and power in the industry that they don't talk to press. So i think it's very easy for anyone at that company to just say, that's not my problem. And jessica says, the structure of the company might explain a lot of the things that i don't understand about valve. It's totally flat, like everybody is ostensibly a totally equal employee.
