Theopnoustos: God Breathed
Theopnoustos is a compound formed from two words. Protestants say the word must have this meaning because that's what the phthos and penuma mean. The property of being God breathing would be understood to mean that Scripture is spiritually life-giving or salvific. One Protestant apologist puts it this way: "There can only be one ultimate authority"
