Short-term rentals typically are anything from one to 30 days. A medium-term rental is about two times more than what a long-term rental will be. So if you can rent something for a thousand bucks a month as a long- Term rental, as a medium- term rental baseline, you should be able to make like 2,000 bucks. And then as a short-term rental, you could probably pull in anywhere from $2,500 to $4,000 a month.
