The easiest things to move in my experience are sales cycle length and win rate. By changing the definition of people that you send to sales and stop sending them content downloads, only send them people that say hey i want to buy now  the win rate is going to go up and the sales cycle is going down who would have thought your sales team's talking to people that want to buy so those two metrics become the easiest for a marketing team to change. For pipeline velocity you can impact any of these four metrics sales cycle length win rate number of qualified opportunities generated or average deal size. You got four key metrics that all combine into a revenue efficiency metric and you could move any of them um
