Business leaders need to set expectations for their employees, says Alistair MacKinnon. Disrespectful behaviour can turn into bullying or harassment in the workplace. Gossiping, skipping over feelings and unfair policies are all examples of disrespect. Being civil is one of the most positive things we can do about our work relationships.
