More than 40% of Argentina's 47 million population are living in poverty. The government recently announced that it plans to stop giving parents subsidies for their children if they don't go to school. Pastor Leonardo says politicians take advantage of the poor and only visit when they are looking for votes. As well as problems at home, Argentina is having a rough ride internationally.
