The Importance of Micromanaging

The kind of servant that a priest is called to be is like, this is a totalizing thing. Like they aren't supposed to be performing their service with their own style and spin on it. This is not just doing your job and what your boss tells you to do. It's doing it in the way with your hands. And similarly, like what we talked about last time, like priests are not there for their own spiritual enrichment. They're working to grow someone else's property.
