Meditation is literally the act of re focusing your attention on that's hy we have things like breathing, or folcus on a mentra. We too, the expa th at the idea, pape the idea, but yourt what your attention, what meditation does. You know, when your mind wanders, bringing it back. And if ou're the kid, not thinking about trying to not stutter, but just being. That's where, that's why this is so foundational. It is as foundational as, you know, this idea that'm, i'm trying to espouse here, creativity. and that's why meditation is valuable.
