Russia's domestic intelligence agency said it is dropping the armed mutiny criminal charges against Progosian and Wagner. But about the same time Putin has continued his efforts to frame the narrative by suggesting that he was in control all the time. Francis: I don't think there was any coincidence at all the strike yesterday on Crematorsk, especially the civilian toll. He can also use that internally to show what a big strong man he is killing children and so on and so forth. It just doesn't sit well and it won't sit well with Russian society.
