Carvona's Structure and Risks

I don't like the way it's been presented that they kind of control the company and I'll say this no one can come not an not a shareholder of a lot of perspective. As long as we're able to make our interest payments we can off we can flow offers to them, if they deny the offers that's their choice. There are definitely like a merger workout space. And they present a lot of merger workout opportunities to individual investors. The other way these guys play a role with what we're out there doing in the markets every day is these guys buy a lot of companies.
