CNN's John Sutter talks about how he practices sleep deprivation. He says it helps him cope with the challenges of climbing for hours at a time. It can be stressful, but if you're prepared to deal with it, why not do it? "I think it's better to know they can push for 20 hours and not sleep than people who are good with it," writes Sutter.
