Toxic masculinity is just a modern equivalent of female hysteria, where we take female distress, and we pathologize it as something to be treated. We're doing the same now, we see masculinity as a problem to be fixed. And we're subjecting men to the same bogus sort of corrective therapies that women were subjected to 50 or 60 years ago. I don't know what's the difference between toxic masculinity and female-hysteria? It doesn't seem like they've learned any lessons from history.
