What's Different About This Economic Climate Recession?
Ranjan: I think the important thing that is quite different about this economic climate recession, whatever you want to call it compared to others. Since 2008, 2009, there's a lot that's been put in place to protect residential own occupiers. There's so many things that have been done, which mean that the owner occupy market is much more protected. And that's why we're not seeing the fall in house prices that you would see. But it's also a recession where all the reasons that Andrew said the end is in sight. You can see light at the end of the tunnel. It's like we're in a boat.
