Professor Sean: A lot of people have that knee-jerk reaction because they assume it's this weird sort of binary. There's chaos in either one of these, by the way. And you there can be order. In non-monogamy world, there's a pretty large acceptance of the term, Compergion. It's explained as feeling pleasure from someone else's pleasure even if you're not directly benefiting. Professor Sean: One caller talked briefly about conversion, which is something that comes up a lot innon-monogamous relationships.
