Is Emotional Intelligence Corporate Control?

Sally Kohn: I have been deeply disturbed by the fact that so many organizations said, okay, you know what? We're obviously in a difficult situation right now. It seems like emotional intelligence training is often used as a bandaid and what we need to do actually is cure a sick culture. She says corporations get away with increasing job insecurity with demanding more of their workers.Kohn: What we also need are to provide more benefits to workers and to provide more job security.
