I paid five million for the option to buy the house. It was listed for 90, which was a pretty good deal. I always thought there was big value in the house because it was kind of a one off. And then we rented it for 200 grand a month and it made total fucking sense. We got absolute huge value out of it. But then when COVID hit and everything was locked down, we're getting no value.
