I'm So Glad I Did This

I think this is a big step of healing because it's like this is just existed as like an individual trauma for so long and like I'm happy to finally just release it for something outside of myself you know. Yeah it's gonna have that ripple effect for real dude. You've done so much of that shit too dude. It's always like such a fucking pleasure speaking with you for sure.
