Meeting Notes - I'm Going to Shape, Not Push the Record

I structure my coals like that. I just constraint on to the bottom pilot the pieces that i need, and they become meeting notes. Instead of a task that i relate to the client, i don't only relate it to a project. And often i make meeting notes before the cool as well. So if they've done an on boarding form, which is often what happens, as i put those notes in um, so i can gather all the information from a previous school that they've had.
