Karen: The greatest competitive advantage in an organization is that people that work there have love for one another. Karen: We could have actually said, though, instead of relationship, we could have said love and made it even more ridiculous sounding but it's actually true. Tracy: It took some vulnerability for me to say, hey, what you're doing right now isn't working for me. Tracey: But the fact that we know each other well enough to go there is what allowed us to turn what could have been a very uncomfortable and non-productive meeting into like a breakthrough one.
