i think sometimes when we're working with divorcing families, they have some unrealistic expectations. When it works, its great. But more than not, as long as you can be co operative colleagues, that is the most important thing. i was already on my way in that direction. Because when you think systemically, then you really do believe, like har whitaker, believe there is no such thing as divorce,. That this is a kinship system. So that's where the anthropologists come in, and this is, you know, there's a common bond, and that is the child.
