The northeast cartel, is the third largest criminal group in mexico. Their presence in many territories such as a tamalipas, nueva leon cohila, tabasco and vera cruz has consolidated them more quietly than the big ones. The question comes, if they take out alwevo, do the other cartels then stand to gain by taking over this area? Are they working with the other splinter cells of the zedas, or are you going to see more infigting?
