The Essence of Basic Goodness
I call this the trans of unworthiness and written a lot about it and radical acceptance. It's so pervasive in our society with its undercurrent of individualism and competition. So there's no natural ways of just unconditional belonging. We have to jump through hoops. For non dominant populations who are just devalued from the get go, it's huge. And all of it together fuels a lot of self judgment, self doubt, self aversion,. fundamentally flawed.
