It's really interesting distinction, especially the one where you say my community is not halachic. And somewhere in between of the individuals may not live by halacha in terms of their own choices, but they expect the rabbi to. Right. The question is how can or should the conservative movement respond to an American Jewry that's a picking and choosing American Jewry? That's a question I'm trying to tackle.
