I think first leadership because in this role as you progress in your technical path, it's natural that you're going to lead the other developers or the other engineers. So if you are training how to lead people, this helps a lot. This means know how to talk to people, how to avoid stress as much as possible,. How to become when things are very complicated, the very important skill.
