Is There a Hard Conversation That Changed Your Life?

I think I normally shy away from hard conversations. It's lucky that I haven't really had to do many of them. You kind of have to do them when you're a doctor in terms of if you as the team are going to withdraw medical care from a patient because they're not going to make it. That can often be a difficult conversation. A few months later, she was like, I'll let you know that conversation about the growth mindset that I think has changed my life.
