Google's EC's Preliminary View Is That Only the Mandatory Divestment Would Address Its Competition Concerns

The EC's preliminary view is that only the mandatory divestment by Google of part of its services would address its competition concerns. This is well before Google has said okay you got us or okay we can't defend against this and making an offer to the EC as okay what if we changed our business this way. The United States Department of Justice has already filed its antitrust suit against Google's ad business they did that in January.
