The History of Advanced Multimedia Products

Thomas Lava Uzalak created the MP3 Playback Engine in 1987. In 1997, a University of Utah student named Justin Frankel took this AMP program and he ported it over to the Windows operating system. UZLAC would later go on to work in the world of video games.
