i have some deliberate practices that i've started to do that have now become habit. So, ou know, i pretty much a journal every morning. Tenl nout every morning, every week daym off on the week ends. And then i reflect on different elements of of my life. I think about my wife, because that's, argy, the most important relationships. Do you not check boxes or xes? Don't track and trend that stuff? No,. but, you know, doing it consistently gives me a sense of where i'm having gaps and where i need to rebalance. That invariably leads to action.
