Is Regeneration Prior to Faith?

i've only been able to do these recordings at night because my kids are home all day, so by the time i'm able to actually record, i'm very tired. So hopefully i still make sense on these podcasts these days. Ah, the nature of the things we're dealing with to day. One is not technically justified apart from faith as it is given in baptism. But Baptism is efficacious in that it regenerates. What is regeneration but the giving of spiritual life, which is what faith so baptism is efficacious unto faith. Ok? Im, don't o.
