How to Make a Log Drum for a DJ

The genre itself is just based off of like a vibe in a nightclub. It's also all based on dances. So when you watch those drops happen and the people in the clubs doing these synchronized dances, it really makes the whole sound make sense. For us for Major Laser, I think we knew that the power of the streaming, because a lot of these MLP on records aren't streaming because they're very long. But then I guess if they work with long tracks, that seems to be part of the ethos.
