Oxley: We are within the implantable brain-computer interface domain. The procedure is less invasive in that there's no disruption to the skull. However, we can't get as close to individual neurons in the brain because we stay within the blood vessel. Oxley: If I was to look forward with more and more access to more regions of brain, more information flow can happen.
