Seizures - Is PET CT a Standard Workup?

We usually use PET CT both because of the exposure of radiation and also because of the costs in people where there is less certainty. As can something called itcalspect, which is where we can actually look at blood flow during the seizure itself. But those are usually reserved for people in whom we don't get a good idea of where the seizures are beginning from more standard investigations.
