The point is to be absolutely, as I say, egalitarian. Every vote counts for one, none more. It doesn't matter whether you're rich, poor, smart, stupid, six-foot-tool, or fuck. You cast your vote. It's anonymous, it's your vote. They believed that this is again slightly controversial in terms of the evidence,. but I believe there had to be a quorum That is a minimum number of votes cast for an ostracism to be valid and not a minimum against a particular candidate.
