For me, it's mostly analytical meditation that is meditation on emptiness. I find that as I go deeper into trying to understand the nature of phenomena and the nature of who I am, that that very analytical process of immersing myself very deeply in that thought takes me to really lovely places. There are many different ways to meditate; for each person, there's something that's going to work and something that won't. And so finding the practice that works for you is what's most important.
