How to Test Equivalence in a Research Question?
In terms of testing assumptions, what we can and maybe should do is figure out what the boundaries are of normal enough or homogeneous enough. And then conduct our test in this flipped way to see whether or not we have violated that assumption. These are things where we can re-engineer our hypothesis tests to be able to say, all right, I want to see if I can statistically fall within that close enough zone.
