Is Guerilla Warfare a Good Idea?

If i build something that then renders that and gives it control in your browser or in a mobile phone. Ap, my assumption is that i will be blocked, first by a set of technical constraints and then by a sets of legal challenges. So i think that, you know, my my discussions with pretty senior people at the largest tech firms has made it abundantly clear to me that they are a really reluctant to engage in technological warfare with people like you. They would much rather use legal warfare.
