I'm always looking for people that can complement my shortcomings which we all have them every one of us have strength things that we're phenomenally good at and there's things that we just couldn't care to do. So for me I found my partners in places I would never be like never hang out at. In fact one of my previous business partners and still very good friend is in the audience here Patrick and Patrick and I couldn't be more different from each other because they are strengths and reasonsBecause we have different strengths and different weaknesses right? And so find places where you don't necessarily hang out, business situations where you wouldn't normally go and go and find your counterparts that have the strengths
