When derby started state journey, he was a single man with no children and plenty of free time. He is now happily married with three children and a full time job and health care. Darby has a very solid debt to income ratio,. still has some cash reserves and a lot of equity that he can deploy. From what he's seen, particularly due to inflation in his portfolio, he doesn't need cash flow because he has several steady income streams but would like to focus on long term appreciation.
