The Different Types of Cryoglyphylenemia

Most patients with Waldenstrom's, it's all about the lymphoplasmocytic lymphoma. But when you see a patient who's not behaving right with an IgM monoclonopro, you need to think of cryo, cold agglutinine, hemolytic anemia, amyloidosis, and IgM-mediated neuropsis. Most of these patients have low complement levels. Total hemolytic complement C4C3 gets consumed into the immune complex.
