What Happens When People Don't Use Your Product?
The first few months of France were literally what I described, which is like a landing page where you see a screenshot of France. And we tell them there is a product, but really there is no product. So that's the initial moment. But in the meantime, you make sure that you get to an MVP minimum variable product so that you can show something as quickly as possible. What happens if you've done your job well is no one wants to use your product because they're not you know, features.
