The subtitle of your book also I find very interesting. You mentioned a practical guide to on-demand service delivery. The quality of the whole end-to-end matters, you need to make sure that you actually understand who your customers are and what your customers are doing. And that goes back into the IT service delivery teams. So mission command is very much this mechanism that is about talking about and making sure that there's a shared understanding of what the actual objective or ultimately the target outcomes that you're trying to achieve are.

Robert Benefield is the author of “Lean DevOps: A Practical Guide to On Demand Service Delivery”. In this episode, Robert shared insights on how we can apply the Lean DevOps mindset for building successful IT delivery organizations.
