How to Grow a Property Management Business in Multiple Locations

I call it going from managing houses to managing people, for whatever reason, they can't do that. Because they're the great technician. If you look at it through the lens of the EMIF book, they're great technicians. They just never they don't realize or they've never learned the skill set to become a business owner. And so I never I've always been been always been a voracious reader and always understood that there was this chasm that you had to go across. That one day it was going to be all about how my ability to manage and lead people.
