Multifamily - What's Your Feel on Multifamily?

We play across the spectrum. I would say we focused on basically top 15 cities. We might buy workforce housing and class A housing in the same city, but we're not really in the secondary and tertiary markets. These urban centers will continue to grow. But it comes back to you got these places with big airports, you got hundreds of thousands of college students and universities within a few hour flight. Those cities will continue to outperform.
