The Importance of Bringing Christ Into the Question of Salvation
There's a real risk of when we start talking about Jesus to separate Jesus as if he were doing something different from the Trinity. But one of the principles of Thomistic theology that has saved me from many a heresy is that odd extra outside of his self, the Trinity always operates as one. And this is why the importance of this principle helps us from introducing separation into the Trinity which Christians always need to avoid. We need like a bridge built from that salvation to our one little life as it were and that's done through faith and the sacraments.
