Hubert and Rose, You Know?

The story begins, you know, with that desire that Hubert suddenly has to physically walk home. The idea of a walk in this sense is not metaphorical so much, but it sort of becomes it in a way because he doesn't make that walk. And they're both somehow on a path they can't explain and they can't control while imagining that there's a better one which they can't reach. It's sort of interesting.
