The Conglomerate Era Is Over

i hardly feel like we've had a conglomerate era. If anything, spinofs have been far more the rage deglomeration has been far more prominent for at least a couple decades that has been conglomeration. There's plenty of empirical evidence that conglomerates are going to trade at a ten, 12, 15 % count to their net acid value. But again, my response to that would be, who cares? if you have a good operator, a good corporate government system, a good structure, and place. And a good business, or multiple business, is under one umbrella and it trades ten % cheap. I should be excited about that. Why would i care if that gap
