How to Give Positive Feedback to Others

I love that exercise so much because it just, it's so powerful. You really have to bring it home with you and understand how valuable it is to give feedback to others. Always on your team, at home, your friends, family, anyone. Just give that positive feedback and magic will happen. It's amazing. I'm kind of saying thank you good night.
