Treatment is one thing that could definitely be helpful to make these triggering situations less intense and less overwhelming for you. Another focus of therapy might also be looking deeper about the ways that you feel about yourself and who you are in relation to the rest of the world. Every country has different options for treatment in different ways that they allow you to access therapy, if you can at all. And again, try to find somebody that does focus on working with people who have gone through dramatic experiences like you have.
