Will the Web Be Decentralized?

In many ways, our internet experience now is already massively decentralized. Most of it isn't happening in the webbrouse any more. And so which layers need to be open? And what will that do? Am unti? You've got this kind of all of those dimensions of what is open and closed - centralised or decentralised. It seems like there's three or four different dimensions. What's a complexity? What's the layer of abstraction? How do you combine things into fewer experiences?"
